We Invest in People – we are gold!

29th January 2024

We are delighted to announce that Investors in People have awarded us the We Invest in People, gold accreditation!

Having held a silver ranking for the past three years, we are thrilled to have progressed to attain gold. This accreditation recognizes that we work to make work better for everyone in our organisation and we are pleased to have attained six gold-level indicators and one platinum-level.

We could not do our work without all of the people who make Into Work: our staff, board, and volunteers.

A woman in the centre of the group is holding the Investors in people Gold award, and two people on either side are holding up an arch of gold and black balloons over the groups heads.

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said:

“We’d like to congratulate Into Work. Gold accreditation on We Invest in People is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places Into Work in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”

In their report, the assessor from Investors in People noted that:

“Fundamentally what I found was that Into Work is a great organisation both externally and internally. The people that work there are so passionate about what they do and the organisation they work in. People talked about being very much supported and they are made to feel that they are not just numbers. It was heartwarming to hear about how the organisation has supported people. An organisation is a group of people working towards a common purpose and the Into Work group of people really do support each other.”

Commenting on the award, our Senior Manager, Rebecca Allen, said:

“I am thrilled that we have received this accreditation. I am especially proud that we achieved a platinum score for the ‘Living the organisation’s values’ indicator. Our values are so important to us and are at the core of everything we do, so it was fantastic to see this recognised. ”

Into Work would like to thank all our brilliant colleagues for their contribution and dedication to making work better and this great achievement, and we look forward to celebrating together this year.
