Into Work is a specialist employment support service working with people who identify as having a disability or a long-term health condition.
Midlothian Council Large Grant Funding means that an opportunity has arisen for a part-time Employment Adviser to join Into Work covering our Midlothian service, based in Dalkeith.
Candidates should have a clear understanding of the barriers faced by our client group in progressing towards, and entering, the labour market. You will work closely with individuals to determine their aspirations and establish an appropriate plan to deliver sustainable progress and/or work. You will be a self-starter, used to working independently and will build up a caseload of new clients. All of the clients will be Midlothian residents.
