Hours: 35.75 hours per week (full time).
Location: The post is based at Norton Park, 57 Albion Road, Edinburgh, EH7 5QY, however, Into Work operates a Hybrid work model so there will also be the option of home working.
Benefits: Competitive salary; flexitime system; cycle to work and tech scheme; 6.8 weeks holiday entitlement, generous employer pension contribution; employee assistance programme. After probation: life insurance, paid carer leave.
Contract: until 31st March 2025 (with a potential 3-year contract extension).
Salary: £23,500 rising to £24,400 after 6 months on successful completion of probation; thereafter rising to £25,700 after 1 year in post.

Key experience/skills
Knowledge/understanding of issues affecting disabled people, particularly around employment.
A people-person who gets job satisfaction from helping others.
IT literate organised and team oriented with the desire for self-development.
A good communicator who can develop effective relationships.
