Isla is an Employment Adviser for the All in Edinburgh Team and a Lived Experience Trainer.
As an Employment Adviser, she works with disabled and neurodivergent clients who are seeking employment or who are in employment requiring workplace support.
As a Trainer within the Lived Experience Team, Isla delivers our Neurodiversity Works! Training, as well as tailored and bespoke training to employers.
Isla has a background in healthcare and was a registered nurse in the NHS for over 10 years. She is neurodivergent, and follows the ethos of ‘Nothing About Me, Without Me’ in everything she does at Into Work.
