Midlothian Disabled Parental Employability Support

19th October 2022

We have received funding to support parents who want to upskill or who are underemployed.

We are delighted to offer 6 sessions of transformational coaching each to 10 people to help improve employability, wellbeing and progression prospects. Additionally, we’ll offer one-to-one support to maximise household income.

This will apply to you if:

  • You’re in work but underemployed
  • You’re out of work and want to improve your prospects
  • You’re an employer who would like to offer this opportunity to an employee

We are particularly keen to hear from women, but this opportunity is open to people who:

  • Live in Midlothian
  • Are parents
  • Identify as disabled, live with a long-term health condition or experience poor mental health
