Our Autism Works! training returns in Our Autism Works! training will run again in January and February 2023. This training is for professionals responsible for recruitment, managing staff or work environments, or developing good organisational practice.
This interactive training is co-produced with our Autistic Advisory Group, building upon lived experience of autism and is delivered by our talented autistic trainers.
This training will help you to:
- Enhance your ability and confidence in recruiting, retaining, and promoting autistic staff
- Understand the mutual rewards in supporting the recruitment of autistic people
It was very useful, informative and impressive to have the training presented by autistic people. It is definitely more beneficial listening to an autistic person talk about autism than someone who has just learned about it.
