Wellbeing
Our Wellbeing+ service aims to support our clients at any stage of their employment journey, to develop their own self-management and wellbeing practices.
Supporting your health and wellbeing
The Wellbeing+ service is here to support you with your health and wellbeing in various ways, including:
Wellbeing Works
A 12-week programme with 6 group wellbeing sessions
These sessions are held in person once a fortnight. The content of the programme is as follows:
- Setting SMART goals
- Understanding stress/anxiety and how to manage it.
- Developing healthy habits
- How to build resilience
- Managing transitions and handling change
- Joyful living hacks and group reflection
Before starting Wellbeing Works, you will have a 1:1 session with our Wellbeing Coach to answer any questions and address any anxieties or barriers.
Workshops
These monthly workshops focus on specific aspects of your wellbeing when moving into employment.
This includes:
- Managing feelings of anxiety within the job searching process
- Building resilience while job searching
- How to confidently speak your successes
- Overcoming procrastination
Wellbeing Open Space
This is an informal monthly space led by the Wellbeing Coach for clients to come in and have a cuppa with the Coach and other clients to chat about their wellbeing and gain support.
1:1 coaching
We focus on group sessions as they help to combat social isolation and encourage peer support.
We do have a limited number of 1:1 sessions available with our Wellbeing Coach.

How to get support
If you receive support from an Employment Adviser at Into Work, you can speak with them about accessing Wellbeing+. They can then make a referral on your behalf.
Our Wellbeing Coach will then contact you to arrange an initial introductory session. We can offer sessions in-person or virtually via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Wellbeing Works, Workshops, and Open Spaces are all held in-person.
