Consultancy
In addition to our training courses, we offer consultancy services for employers with a base in Scotland.
We can provide advice and practical assistance, including with:
Workplace and job role assessments
Our autistic trainers and consultants work with organisations to assess the suitability of the work environment for autistic candidates, including the physical environment, working practices and job roles and descriptions. They will identify potential challenges and advise on practical measures to make the work environment and/or job role more inclusive of autistic candidates.
This assessment is for employers preparing to offer work placement opportunities to autistic candidates as well as employers not yet ready to host work placements who would like to check or improve the inclusiveness of work environments and/or specific job roles.
Follow-up support and trouble-shooting session
This is to provide additional support for specific cases or inclusion-related issues relating to autism or neurodivergences more broadly for those who have received Autism Works! or Neurodiversity Works! training in the last 18 months. These sessions can be in person or on-line.
