Salary: £27,000 to £29,000
Hours: Full time (35.75 hours per week), flexibility will be considered
Location: Blended working model. Office base – Norton Park, Edinburgh
Contract: Fixed contract until 30st June 2023 (potential for extension subject to funding)

This is an exciting new role taking the lead in the development and delivery of our supported employment services aimed at young disabled people, including leading the co-ordination and delivery of our Edinburgh based Inclusion Works! project 2022-2023.
You will have responsibility for developing a programme of 1:1 and group support to young disabled people and identifying future service continuation and development opportunities for our young peoples’ offer.
This is a varied role which will require the post-holder to be flexible and work across various community settings engaging with young people and partners.
The post follows the successful pilot of our “Inclusion Works!” Youth Guarantee programme earlier this year.
Relevant Experience and Skills
A minimum of one year’s experience working with young people or disabled people towards positive outcomes.
You will have supervisory experience, facilitation skills and be competent in project management.
It would be desirable for you to demonstrate some understanding of the local employability landscape, including Scottish Government and local context.
PVG Membership
You will be required to become a PVG Scheme member to work with adults and children or undergo a PVG Scheme update if you are already a member.
