Fundraising Coordinator (Edinburgh)

Role

We are looking for a talented Fundraising Coordinator to deliver our fundraising goals and grow our charitable income. Reporting to the Finance Manager and Senior Manager, you will drive new income generation and be primarily responsible for researching and writing strong fundraising applications to trusts and foundations to support our charitable activities. The aim of the post will be to secure funding for existing and new charitable projects as well as the core running costs of the charity.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are vital, as is the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. We need someone who is focused and driven, who can work effectively on their own as well as with a team. The Fundraising Coordinator will play a key role in continuing to develop Into Work’s Fundraising Strategy in order to maximise income to assist in the long-term sustainability of the charity.

The remuneration package will include a competitive salary, 6.8 weeks annual leave inclusive of holidays, flexible working opportunities, and a generous contributory pension scheme.

Please note due to COVID-19 restrictions, the recruitment process will be carried out entirely online. Applicants must have internet access from a safe location. If shortlisted for interview, we will utilise video conferencing for the interview process. We would expect that the successful applicant would likely be working from home initially, however once COVID restrictions are eased and we return to a regular working environment, you will be based at our offices at Norton Park in Edinburgh.
