Wellbeing is fast becoming everyone’s priority. Our Wellbeing+ service aims to support our clients at any stage of their employment journey, to develop their own self-management and wellbeing practices.

We are offering:
1:1 Wellbeing+ Coaching Sessions
Speak with our Wellbeing+ Coach who will take time to listen and learn about your circumstances. You will be supported to look at ways to manage your wellbeing through meaningful conversations and setting your own achievable goals. Common areas covered include:
- Anxiety and Stress Management
- Effective Communication & Boundaries
- Goal Setting
- Building Resilience & Confidence
- Procrastination and Time Management
- Core Values & Beliefs
- Understanding diagnosis
- Health & Active Living
- Social Inclusion & Community Engagement
How to get support:
If you receive support from an Employment Adviser at Into Work you can speak with them about accessing Wellbeing+. They can then make a referral on your behalf.
Our Wellbeing+ Coach will then contact you to arrange an initial introductory session. At the moment, we are primarily conducting sessions via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Alternatively, sessions can be arranged in-person or by telephone on request.
