New Board Members – Ross McQuarrie and Fiona McKay-Smith

12th December 2024

We are delighted to announce that Ross McQuarrie and Fiona McKay-Smith have been appointed to our Board of Directors.

Ross and Fiona shadowed the last Board meeting and attended our Annual General Meeting in November. They had the opportunity to meet Into Work colleagues and learn more about the impact of our different services.

Ross has 17 years experience of working in recruitment and employment markets, and is passionate about equal opportunities and social mobility.

I’m honoured and excited to join the Board of Into Work. I’ve been bowled over by the expertise, commitment and compassion of all members of the Into Work team and I’ve already learned so much from my new colleagues.

I look forward to actively playing my part and alongside my fellow Board Directors, help steer the organisation through this next phase of its lifecycle as we seek to raise our profile, develop our services and ensure our offering reaches as many of those in need as possible. Thanks to the whole team for the warm welcome.

Ross McQuarrie

Fiona has a background in human resources and experience in leadership development and organisational design & development.

We have a real opportunity to impact the way we see each other and recognise the strength in true inclusion. What if we leaned into deepening our awareness to explore this possibility every day?

Fiona McKay-Smith
