Into Work Easter Office Closure 2023

5th April 2023

Into Work will be closed for Easter from Friday 7th April to Monday 10th April inclusive.

Our services will resume on Tuesday 11th April.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably is known for supporting male mental health, however, they will support anybody who needs them.

Their helpline is open 5pm- midnight, 365 days a year.

This charity supports people struggling with bereavement.

Shout is a mental health text helpline with professionally trained volunteers at hand.

Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone who is struggling to cope.

Their website provides support and advice, you can access it here.

The helpline is a text service.

Text YM to 85258 Provides free, 24/7 text support for young people across the UK experiencing a mental health crisis.

All texts are answered by trained volunteers, with support from experienced clinical supervisors.

Beat

Beat is a charity to support those who suffer from all types of eating disorders.

NHS & Coronavirus support

Phone 111 If you think you need A&E, but it’s not a critical emergency.

Phone 111 before you attend A&E. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This service will provide you with urgent care you’ll be assessed for a range of concerns including cuts, burns, suspected broken bones, sprains and other injuries or illnesses.

This may involve a telephone or video consultation with a clinician from your local health board or an appointment to attend A&E or Minor Injuries unit, avoiding a long wait in a hospital waiting room.
