2023-2024 Annual Report

18th November 2024

It is a pleasure to introduce our report for 2023-2024, Into Work’s 30th anniversary year.

Into Work’s staff team and Board understand the disproportionate, detrimental effect on disabled people’s income, health, employment and access to services arising from another year of the cost of living crises.

Across Into Work our people are doing what they can to help individuals and groups overcome these barriers through our supported employment, wellbeing, income maximisation, peer support and young people’s services as well as our training offer for employers.

This year was a year of growth in our reach and impact, and we were delighted to have our excellent staff team’s efforts recognised in the achievement of our Gold Investors in People award and at the Autism Fair Work parliamentary event.  It was observed how Into Work people live the organisation’s values which we believe is important in making a difference.
